Ah a little investigation by the media and the false prophet tucks tail and slides out! So many people were led astray by this joker, and it’s honestly difficult to understand why. I couldn’t see anything about him that wasn’t a blatant sign of demonic possession. Kicking the elderly, slamming their legs on the platform, “legdropping” the Pastor, “ground and pound”? Give me a break. This guy was obviously thrown around like a ragdoll on the school playground as a child, and now he’s trying to get revenge by beating up little old ladies. Truly pathetic.
My Pastor preached an insightful message Friday night which applies perfectly to this situation. In researching the story of Elijah and Elisha, we often overlook a serious point. Elisha asked for a double portion of Elijah’s Anointing, to which Elijah replied ” Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so”. And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. Now many of us have been taught that Elijah hitched a ride on the fiery chariot, and many artists have depicted the event as such. However, it does not say he went up in a fiery chariot, but in a whirlwind. The point? The fiery chariot was in fact a diversionary tactic to take Elisha’s eyes off of Elijah and negate the promise of the double portion. Had Elisha been transfixed with the chariot, he would have lost the promise given unto him. So many people have missed their opportunity for a powerful Anointing, an earth shattering move of God in their lives, because instead of keeping their eyes on the promise, they were too busy chasing fiery chariots.
I submit to you that Todd Bentley and the Lakeland revival is nothing more than a fiery chariot coming between God’s people and the promise He has given them. Fiery chariots can look intriguing, powerful, and even godly. Todd Bentley will have to stand before the Lord and explain why so many people missed out with God while chasing his heresies. People from all over the world were taking their eyes off of the Promise to have a look at that big fiery chariot in Florida, and souls will be lost for eternity because of it.
For now, another false prophet has slithered back under the rock from which he crawled, but mark my words, either Bentley himself will be back, or another blasphemer will arise to take his place as Satan’s showman. To all those watchmen out there, stay vigilant, you’ll have to blow the trumpet again soon enough.
May the Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is the Only True God, Bless and Keep you all. Amen.

I humbly repond to all who already label Todd as a false prophet, remember that our Lord Jesus Christ was also labelled. He also performed some miracles that you will not argue over – when he healed a blind man by spitting on the ground, making clay balls & applying it on his eyes – this is unconventional? Smith Wigglesworth, a operating in the gift of faith, healings & miracles often operated unconventionally. In 1Cor12 – it states that the Spirit operates in diverse manners – we need to Scripturally adress a heretic or a false prophet:
1. Does Todd deny the entirety of the Gospel – Salvation, our Lord Jesus Christ crucified, buried, risen & ascended?
2. Does Todd deny the Saving grace & mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ?
3. Does Todd deny the Triune Deity – Father, Son & the Holy Spirit?
4. Does Todd deny the infallibility of the Bible – God’s Holy Word?
5. Those who were healed in the revival or received miracles or were raised from the dead – WAS IT IN TODD BENTLEYS NAME? Or in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ?
6. Many of the Prophets in the O.T. have seen visions that you & I & even many theologians cannot fully interpret to this day – some were required to even enact God’s judgemtnt on Israel- why are we not questioning such manifestations? What about Acts 5 – when a couple died under the Words (yes guided by the Holy Spirit) of the Apostles – what about the visions of John the Apostle in Revelation – beasts, blood, fire, angels, horses, water, etc.
THE BIBLE STATES IN MATTHEW 7:20 “By their fruits you shall know them” – please first see the fruits (character, grace, love,….) in anyone before making such conclusions.
I also am aware that people do & can exaggerate or force what God is not doing – or even operate in the flesh due to pride/arrogance, lets leave the judging & condemnation to the Lord.

P.S. I believe in speaking in tongues and I do so on a regular basis. SHEEKABOOMBAH and BAM is not speaking in tongues, but a demonic counterfeit as I have encountered before from people who needed delivered from demon possession. It sounds fake, it looks fake, and it feels fake because the devil has never been able to pull off the real thing and his counterfeits are always cheap knockoffs and poor attempts at mimicking what only God can do.
I pray the Lord will open your eyes to the Truth about the Satanic deception that was the Lakeland revival, and that this experience will leave you better equipped to discern such evil in the future.

It is always wonderful to find websites by people who understand that there are not three persons in the Godhead and that we should be baptized in Jesus’ name per Acts 2:38. I was happy and blessed to find your site. And to the post above about Bentley being from God. I suggest he read 2 Thessalonians chapter 2. Signs and lying wonders are rampant in the church today. Christians are not trying the spirits to see if they be from God. 1 John 4:1 Todd is gone but he gives all Christians a bad name. Thanks again for your proclaiming the Truth on the internet. Diane,
I believe if a person has repented for forgiveness of sins, been Baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ for remission of sins, and has received the Gift of the Holy Ghost evidenced by speaking in other tongues accompanied by the fruits of the Spirit in his/her life, that person is saved. That’s what the Word has declared. To say who is or isn’t Born Again according to one’s understanding of the Nature of God is to get into extrabiblical speculation. It’s not my call to make.
Having said that, Diane, can you show me one instance in history where any trinitarian has been physically harmed by Oneness Believers for his/her trinitarian belief? There are more instances where the opposite of this scenario has happened than time would permit me to list. Check out what Oneness believer Michael Servetus suffered at the hands of John Calvin because of his denial of the trinity. Entire communities of Oneness Christians were brutally slaughtered, including children, women, and the elderly by the trinitarian church. This spirit of hate and bloodlust shows us which of the two groups has had the demonic running within its ranks. Jesus said His Church would be the persecuted, not the persecutors.
There are many trinitarians who I like personally and who would never engage in such savagery as mentioned above. There are some “trinitarians” who, in their personal understanding of God, are actually Oneness and don’t even know it. The issue is not individual trinitarians, but the spirit behind the trinitarian organism as a whole. The trinity doctrine itself is man’s pathetic attempt to understand God with his carnal mind and was probably not invented by Satan, but the “church” who have held such belief as a fundamental of the faith has a provable history of demonic pervasiveness.
I hope this clears some things up. Diane, as far as I can tell from the limited scope of your presence online, you have exhibited the Fruits of the Spirit. I sense a Spirit of Love from you which is what our Lord said was the litmus test of His true disciples. Your salvation is between you and Jesus Christ. I pray the Lord will Bless and Keep you in His Name.

I think God left some concepts about Him vague. WE do not need to know everything about Him. Theology is for this life, and being able to function properly and according to God’s will. Once we, die all things we need to know will be made known. Jesus made it clear that if we just follow Him, we will be ok. As long as we meet that requirement, then we have met the conditions for salvation. Most people do not have PhDs in theology from Heaven Univerity, and God knows that. He just looks at our hearts.

Duane I wholeheartedly agree with you about the evil persecution against Michael Servetus and from my understanding hundreds of families had to flee their homes because of Calvinist believers. But I don’t believe the root of their murder was because they were trinitarians. I personally have met some pretty mean spirited people of all denominations, but I would say the worst I’ve personally experienced was from diehard calvinist.
Some calvinist believe that Adam was preordained to fall. That to me is a very detrimental position that attacks the very character of God, and that would explain the callous and loveless characteristics that they believe to be godly zeal.
Let’s see… I’m not sure if I can think of a time that a trinitarian has been harmed physically by a oneness believer, but trinitarians are told quite a bit, that their confession, repentance, trust in Christ, baptism of the Holy Spirit, water baptism, a renewed life, and holy living amounts to them still going to hell because they were water baptised in “the Name of the Father, Son, & Holy Spirit”. Even though these are ‘just words’ they can be hurtful. I know when oneness believers say that a person is not saved because of the way they were water baptised, they are saying that based on deep convictions of what they see in the Word of God, but that is the same position calvinist take. It takes the Holy Spirit to open our eyes.
Though our beliefs are very different on the nature of God, we are on common ground that Jesus is the One Who saves.

The murderous spirit found among not just Calvinists but from Martin Luther and Roman Catholics as well, was not necessarily rooted in those groups’ trinitarianism. I was pointing out that history shows that “Christian” groups who embrace such a murderous idealogy were almost always trinitarian, and absoluteley never Oneness.
I do not have authority to say someone isn’t saved according to formula of Baptism, but I believe the only way to be Baptized in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost is to be Baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ, which is the Name our Lord was referring to in Matthew 28:19. I apologize for those of my persuasion who may have questioned your salvation in the past. The Bible tells us how to be saved in Acts 2:38. I know I was saved when I obeyed it. Actually declaring who, beyond myself, is saved and who is not is, shall we say, “above my pay grade”.

Okay, Michael,
I chose not to respond to this because I was and am “done” with the whole Todd Bentley conversation. I was content to let his adultery and fall speak for itself. Jesus said “by their fruits ye shall know them”. Todd Bentley has produced nothing but rotten fruit, and his adultery is just the last in a long line. Jesus was called demonic, yes. But Jesus never kicked, choked, kneed, head-butted, or legdropped anyone. I personally know of people here in Ohio who received prayer cloths personally “blessed” by Bentley who now are battling demonic forces in their homes.
I will say this unequivocally as someone who has received the Gift of discerning of spirits. TODD BENTLEY IS POSSESSED BY MULTIPLE DEMONS AND DOES NOT HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT DWELLING WITHIN HIM. Lakeland was and is a move of Satan, and God has absoluteley nothing to do with it apart from maybe sending in some strong delusions. I am not blaspheming the Holy Ghost because for one, you cannot accidentally blaspheme Him, and for two, it is the Holy Ghost who revealed Bentley’s demonic possession to me as well as to many other of my colleagues who I know are filled with God’s Spirit.
There is no “fresh” revelation. All that God has revealed to His people can be found within the pages of Scripture, and any Prophecies or Messages from God through the Gifts of the Spirit will be to reiterate what has already been written in the Word.
I pray the Lord will give you the Gift of Discernment so you will not be led astray by the next of Satan’s false prophets sent out to deceive God’s very elect if possible. If it laughs like a demon, talks like a demon, is violent like a demon, scares children like a demon, promotes spiritualist false doctrine like a demon, deceives God’s people like a demon, and finally sins like a demon, take a wild guess as to what it is.
As for being Baptized by fire, if you keep being taken in hook, line, and sinker by demon possessed false prophets like Bentley, you will receive a baptism of fire that will leave you neither root nor branch, where the worm dieth not and the fire is not quenched. I pray earnestly that the Lord Jesus will open your eyes before that happens.

In Matthew ch 3 v 11 it says “ He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and Fire “ it says “AND FIRE “ so can you please explain the FIRE to me .
I have been brushing my teeth all weekend but the GOLD is still there , what do you recommend now ? .

I was interested on your comments on “saved or not “ So am I correct in thinking that you don’t believe a person who is walking in sin can preach the Gospel, then bring others to repentance for them to receive Jesus Christ as savior .
If that is the case then many who received Jesus as savior are not saved because the other person was in sin!.
That is a level of Holiness I have not reached yet , “Have You “ ? I hope so seeing that you are an Evangelist otherwise those who have received Christ through you are not saved? .
I noticed on your web site that you see yourself as an “ Apostolic Evangelist “ can you explain to me what that means ? Am I right in thinking that an Apostle is some one who has had a personal encounter with the risen Christ ! .
Therefore am I right to suppose “Signs & Wonders follow you when you preach the Gospel “ if so what has the Lord gifted you with ? .

The Holy Ghost and Fire. I can tell you I know of some who believe that the fire is the fire of hell. Some get the Holy Ghost, others get the Fire. I don’t personally believe this, but rather that it is a part of the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and that John was using it to illustrate its difference with water baptism. Water/fire. I can tell you it’s not some seperate newfangled experience that only the extra-holy like yourself have achieved.
God doesn’t put gold teeth in people’s mouths. Period. How would that further the Gospel? If you had no gold teeth and suddenly one appeared, you were either drugged and a gold tooth placed in your mouth without your knowledge, or (most likely) it is a false sign, a lying wonder as Paul warned us would take place. The magicians of Egypt were able to perform miracles, too. Contrary to Bentley and those of his ilk, God is not a giant ATM dumping heaps of cash on the faithful. The greatest Christians of all time were usually the poorest, and the same holds true today.
As an Apostolic Evangelist, I am an Evangelist who holds to the doctrine of the Apostles. I am not an Apostle. Signs and wonders should follow all those who believe, not just Apostles.(Mark 16:17) I have cast out devils, spoken with new tongues, laid hands on the sick and they recovered, I’ve prophesied, and gave words of Knowledge.
And no, a person cannot be led to Christ by a servant of the devil. A house divided against itself cannot stand.

You sound like someone who just lost a debate and can’t deal with it. You sound like someone who has no Bible to back up your manmade traditions, so you resort to telling someone else whether they are saved or lost, attempting to usurp God’s authority. Making up whatever? Like quoting Scriptures which you have still failed to do even once? My picture reveals it? I gotta say, that’s a first. I think I can tell by your email signature that you’ve got your tail between your legs. Regarding Bible College, although I have attended, I would never denigrate someone who hadn’t. How many years of Bible College did John the Baptist or Peter or any of the Apostles complete? By the way, I guess I’ve had enough Bible College to send you packing, eh?
