God: I believe in the One True Eternal God, Creator of Heaven and Earth(Genesis 1:1). God is a Spirit(John 4:24). God has existed and will exist for all Eternity. He is Omnipresent(in all places[actually all places are in Him])(Jeremiah 23:24, Psalm 139:7-10, Acts 17:28 ) , Omniscient(all knowing)(Psalm 139:1-6, 1 Kings 8:39) and Omnipotent(all powerful)(Revelation 19:6). There is only One God, for infinity cannot be divided(Deuteronomy 6:4). He is a single, self aware Being, not a nature or a species(Isaiah 44:8 ).God is not bound by the laws of physics(Joshua 10:13, 2 Kings 20:11). He trandscends time, space, and matter. To say God knows the future is inadequate. He does not occupy a position within time as humans do(Isaiah 46:10). The past, present, and future all exist within God. God has revealed Himself to man in three manifestations: Father in Creation, Son in Redemtion, and Holy Spirit in Regeneration. The three manifestations of God are not three different members of a ”God-squad”, but rather three different aspects of the One Person of the Eternal God. Just as man was created in the Image of God(Genesis 1:26) with three simultaneous manifestations—the body, the soul, and the spirit—yet only one man was created on that sixth day, God is a threefold being of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit(Matthew 28:19), yet He remains indivisibly One Personal Being(Psalm 86:10). The fundamental nature of God is one of Love(1 John 4:16) and Holiness(Leviticus 11:45). God is totally sovereign over His creation, but chooses to allow mankind a limited free will(Deuteronomy 30:19). It is His will that all men would be saved, and come into the knowledge of the Truth(1 Timothy 2:4). The fact that not all are saved(John 5:29) is proof of the freedom of choice granted to man by our Creator.
Jesus Christ: I believe that Jesus Christ is God manifest in the flesh(1 Timothy 3:16). Jesus was 100% human and 100% God. The humanity of Jesus was the Son of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a Jewish virgin mother(Luke 1:35). Jesus came in fulfillment of the Old Testament Prophecies of the Jewish Messiah, and was heir to the throne of David, King of Israel(Luke 3:23-31). The deity within Jesus was and is none other than God the Father Himself(John 14:10). The distinction between God the Father and the Son of God is a real Father-Son relationship between God who literally begat Jesus(John 3:16, Hebrews 1:5) and the human being named Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus preexisted His Incarnation as the Word of God(John 1:1), not as a second “God the Son” spirit, for the term “God the Son” is foreign to Scripture. All the fullness of God’s deity dwells bodily in Jesus(Colossians 2:9). Jesus was crucified, dead and buried as the final vicarious Sacrifice for the sins of the world(Hebrews 10:10). This is the single most powerful act of love ever bestowed upon the human race. God didn’t die that day, but the Son of God was sacrificed so that we may have eternal life through belief in His Name(John 3:16). Three days after His death, God raised Jesus from the dead(Acts 13:30). This fact was witnessed by over 500 people and is incontrovertible(1 Corinthians 15:6). He ascended to Heaven, where He ever lives to make intercession for us as the Mediator between God and man(Hebrews 7:25, 1 Timothy 2:5, 1 John 2:1). We await the imminent return of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, to rule the Kingdom of Heaven throughout all eternity(Revelation 22:20). All of Christianity rises or falls on the Person of Jesus Christ.
The Holy Ghost: I believe the Holy Ghost is simply “the Spirit of God”, now indwelling the Church. The Holy Ghost is not a separate spirit from God, but the same Spirit that “moved upon the face of the waters” at the beginning of creation(Genesis 1:2). The Holy Ghost now dwells within the soul of those who have surrendered their lives fully to Jesus Christ. Being filled with the Holy Ghost is a life changing experience. If you don’t know whether you have received Him or not, you haven’t. Every time the indwelling of the Holy Ghost was documented in Scripture, those being filled spoke in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. This fact was either plainly stated(Acts 2:4, 10:46, 19:6) or implied(Acts 8:18). Due to this Biblical precedent, I believe that speaking in tongues is the initial evidence of the indwelling of the Holy Ghost. This gift is different from the Gift of Tongues(1 Corinthians Ch 14). The Holy Ghost gives us power over sin and guides our spiritual lives toward a closer walk with the Savior. This miraculous gift is free for the asking.
The Bible: I believe that the 66 books of the Bible in their original autographs are the inerrant, infallible, divinely inspired Word of God to mankind(2 Timothy 3:16). In the English language, the King James Version is without equal in its inspiration, strength of language, and fidelity to the original authors. All matters of doctrine and practice for English speaking people are to be settled by the KJV.
Salvation: I believe that salvation is by Grace through Faith as stated in Acts 2:38. No amount of good works can save the depraved human soul. Repentance, Baptism in Jesus Name, and reception of the Holy Ghost are NOT works of man, but of God. Without obedience to these commands of our Lord, one has not received the Grace of Saving Faith. Salvation is free for all those who have received the Faith to obey Acts 2:38 by the Grace of God. If one is truly saved, the Holy Ghost will lead him/her into a life of Holiness unto the Lord, exhibiting the Love of God and the Fruits of the Spirit.
Prophecy: I believe that many prophecies in the Bible were fulfilled by Jesus, yet there are many more He will fulfill in the future. A heathen Roman army could never fulfill the Prophecies that Jesus said He would fulfill Himself. I follow a general rule of interpreting prophecy literally unless explicit symbolism (such as a beast with seven heads and ten horns) is used. Looking for symbolism where there is none is a dangerous way to interpret any Scripture, especially Prophecy. I believe most of the prophecies in the Book of Revelation are yet to be fulfilled(Revelation 1:19). I believe in a future “great tribulation” of the Church(Matthew 24:21, Revelation 7:14), led by a future antichrist world leader(Revelation 13). I believe in the future literal Return of Jesus Christ(Acts 1:11), to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords(Revelation 19:16) for all eternity.

Just noticed the reference of salvation being by grace through faith while having Acts 2:38 listed. I think you may have been referring to Ephesians 2:8,9.
Iam a Pentecostal oneness pastor here in Suva, in the Fiji Islands and was just going through your website. Iam with you all the way in this great Truth, that Jehovah in the old Testament is Jesus in the new Testament for there is only one God…and there is only one way, no other way for man to be saved and that is through Baptism in Jesus name…People just have to read and obey ACTS 2: 38, in other words people have to ACT twice[BORN TWICE] so they can receive three 8[888].if not they will receive three 6[666].JESUS has the Roman value of 888….

No, I meant Acts 2:38. It is the single most important Scripture on how Grace is applied to our souls.

Greetings Evangelist:
Indeed, salvation comes by grace through faith in Acts 2:38. Paul’s Ephesian verse only describes what takes place in Acts 2:38.
Be encouraged,
Pastor Reckart
